When the owner of this upscale salon in my local town reached out to me about doing branding photographs, I was so excited! Not only that she trusted me with the privilege to take them, but also that I could help promote such a great business that was much needed in our town.

Vibe Beauty Bar in Tuttle, Oklahoma is so much more than a great hair salon. They also offer esthetician, body contouring, spray tanning and teeth whitening services plus full body wellness from massage therapy to an infrared sauna.
Having a full service salon like this in our small town is such a blessing and I was so happy to capture some branding photos for the owner Rachel to use on her social media and website. Plus I also captured some personal branding shots of her and her approach to the salon as a business owner.
My approach to personal branding is digging into what motivates an owner and how they personally approach their business, as well as what the story is behind the business so that all those layers of information can be represented in a photo.
You’ll notice below some of the photos connected to Rachel’s personal branding that tell more about her as a person. For example, her morning routine is a major part of helping her approach each day with clarity and purpose in her personal and business life. So we took some shots illustrating that routine: her journal, Bible and meditating. This gives her something to post on social media that is beyond the surface and helps tell her followers why Vibe Beauty Bar is unique and puts her personality into the business.
