Welcome to one of my favorite senior sessions ever on a literally PERFECT day! I mean, if there was such a thing as a weather lottery, we won the jackpot on the day of Grace’s session. For all the sessions where I have battled wind, this totally made up for it. It was so amazing!

MYRIAD GARDENS + DOWNTOWN OKLAHOMA CITY SENIOR SESSION

And welcome to the senior session of one of the sweetest, most genuine clients I’ve ever had! Grace is an absolute doll and I am so happy I had the privilege to capture her senior photos. Besides being so sweet, this girl has achieved some amazing things already! These were graduation photos for high school AND college. Yep, you read that right. She’s graduating with an associate’s degree at the same time as high school! Way to go, Grace!

I have been looking forward to shooting these photos in downtown OKC ever since we picked the location when Grace booked with me. She wanted some fall nature photos but also some modern, city vibe photos. This location was perfect because we had some pretty fall colors at the Myriad Gardens but were able to walk around the blocks nearby and grab some great downtown shots.

Grace did an excellent job choosing outfits. She wore the prettiest dress for the Myriad Gardens pictures and then had a cute, casual outfit for the downtown shots. I LOVE how the photos turned out. Her mom and dad were even able to hop into a few photos and they are such sweet images as you'll see below. Grace was a beautiful model and I am obsessing over how gorgeous her pictures are! Favorite moment: When we got to the downtown street corner to shoot the crosswalk photos and there was no one around and then the second we stepped into the street like a million people and cars appeared out of nowhere! Like, for real, were they watching us and came out on purpose? So crazy. A big thank you to Grace's dad who was our traffic monitor to keep up from getting run over! But the shots we got darting on and off the street were soooo worth it!
