I can’t even begin to say how much I love these photos from Sam’s senior session! This beautiful girl, the outfits, the setting, the glowy light…it’s what a senior photographer’s dreams are made of! Do you know how hard it was for me to keep my favorites to a reasonable number for the blog post?! Like, I guess 100 is probably too many….

SUMMER COUNTRY SENIOR SESSION | TUTTLE, OKLAHOMA

This session was all taken here on my family’s property outside of Tuttle, Oklahoma. It’s so fun to go out to these spots that are so familiar to me, and see how they can be transformed into these amazing images by some photography skills, my beautiful CJ Seniors, and golden hour! (If you’re interested, here's a link to another senior session from our property) We started out in a field with the perfect tree line and tall grass. Sam’s bright pink top looked so great against all the green! We finished off the session in a large open field right as the sun was setting. So many of my favorites came from that part of the session. But, who am I kidding? They were really ALL my favorites!

We were supposed to have Sam’s shoot a week earlier than we did. But somehow our original session date was of course the one day in July it decided to rain here in Oklahoma, so we had to reschedule. But ohhh myyy goodness, it was worth the wait!!! This girl and her mom were so so sweet and Sam totally rocked it! We had so much fun and I knew as I was taking these that they were going to be AMAZING. Keep scrolling and you’ll see how right I am ;)

Favorite moment: Ok, I have two for this one. The first was when I was taking a shot and the wind blew Sam’s hair in front of her face literally in the most perfect way right as I took the picture! So, so good! Look for it below. The second was I got my pop-up changing tent rolled up and packed on the first try in about 10 seconds! I couldn't believe it lol. Iykyk.
